Join theRU DAY POSTER w. BIGGER BLEED MARGIN SAVANNAH English Department for a marathon reading and puppet show of the beloved book, Pinocchio. Everyone who reads will get a free book.

You will also get to see the work of puppet master, Kevin Augustine  For over twenty-five years, Kevin has been handcrafting puppets with nearly nothing but scissors and a serrated knife, performing all over the world and in acclaimed one man NYC shows (he was also the lead puppeteer in an iteration of Madama Butterfly directed by the filmmaker Anthony Migella at the Met). He's racked up a ton of honors and awards, including grants and fellowships from the Jim Henson Foundation, The Puppeteers of America, and the New York State Council on the Arts. He is the founder of Lone Wolf Tribe, an award-winning multidisciplinary performance company whose mission is to "create intelligent, physical & highly visual puppet theatre about our collective human story."
