Please join us for a special reading by Celestine Martin, author of the forthcoming romance novel Witchful Thinking and former Rutgers student! (You may have known her as Sharae Allen, winner of multiple creative writing awards.) 

Celestine will be reading from her work and discussing her path to representation and publication with Hachette Publishing’s Forever imprint. She is sure to offer insights on the process and its challenges, especially for writers of color. 

Author Biography

A native of New Jersey, Celestine Martin writes whimsical romance that celebrates the beauty of everyday magic. She’s inspired to write happily ever afters and happy-for-now endings starring the people and places close to her heart. When she’s not drinking herbal tea and researching her next project, Celestine, with her husband, spoils their daughter in New York on a daily basis.
